Cherry Coke Zero 12 Packs at Shoppers

Hi all,

not sure if this is new news or old news but i went to a shoppers on Thursday and they were just putting out cases of Cherry Coke Zero...i use to always bring home a few cases of this and coke zero vanilla when i use to cross the border....

it rang up at 4.49 for the 12 pack but the signage has all coke products for 3.49 so i used SCOP and got it for free...

it has a very cherry flavour to it... a little too much for me but sparingly, i will be able to finish off the case...

Anyone know where you can get vanilla Coke in North East Toronto these days?

Cans or bottles?

Edit: Just picked up 4 cases of 12 cans. Same experience, including having them reduce the price from 4.49 to 3.49.

and im not sure if you can find vanilla coke up here yet
Found some at FreshCo in Oakville

Looks like it's wide distribution unlike the 24s of regular Cherry Coke at Christmas.

They had 500ml bottles also!

My local Shoppers is sold out, but then again if I had $85 to cash in, I'd stock up too!
The cashier said they were sold out early this morning.
(points promo Feb. 11-12, 2017 means cash in $85 and get $15 back in points= 12,000 points, = on par with only cashing in 38,000 instead of the full 50,000 points)
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

i think it's just import issues or demand, they have a lot of other soda's in the USA too from pepsi/cocacola that they don't have in canada

I know a guy who works for Coke head office - Canadians don't drink as much soda and they don't deviate from the core brands as much as Americans.

Still - Cherry cola to me is a core flavor. I buy DIet Dr. Pepper all the time so if Coke has this I'd rather have the Diet Zero Cherry!

Anyone spot these in Edmonton? I'm usually stuck paying $10-15 per case for these at stores that import from the states, which is too expensive to buy more often than once a year or so. I'd stock up so hard if they were under $5/case.

Not that great of a deal unless you NEED Cherry coke flavor. 12 x .355 (355ml can) = 4.26 litres. The regular coke zero 6 x .710 (710 ml) is the same volume 4.26 L but less cost. They usually sell for anywhere between 2.49 (summer sales) up to 3.49 at shoppers. Same store at McCowan/Finch Woodside sq mall.

It's not always about the deal.. Cherry Zero is really good and has not previously been available in Canada .. At the end of the day it's all cheaper than going to the US to get it. A lot of people do that.

I bought some at the Jasper Gates Shoppers' location, and I also saw them at the nearby Safeway. I'd imagine they're circulating in a number of stores at this point.

(I've never had them before, they're okay but I prefer regular Coke Zero and Diet Dr. Pepper when I want something different)

What does that even mean? Of course no one NEEDS to have it. Availability/supply is severely lacking, which is the point of his comment.
