Chevy Cobalt or Pontiac G5 a good used car?
I am looking to get a decent used car and constantly find these two cars listed at great price.... Is it too good to be true?
Just want a durable car for daily drive to work...

Pontiac G5 is a good car IMO I haven't heard many problems with them. I know two people that drive a cobalt standard, both had tranny problems and needed some minor work done to it. IMO, perhaps an auto Cobalt would be better.

OK cars, as long as they are not rental fleet dumps.

i think the Cobalt/G5 are pretty good used car buys. they are pretty reliable from what i know and their depreciation is great for used buyers.
as long as you dont mind the low grade interior materials and harshness of the car, its a good value buy used IMO

You do know that the cars are basically identical, right? So, a common problem with a Cobalt also means a problem with a G5
