Chiu Chow marinated goose
Does anyone know which restaurant sell Chiu Chow style marinated goose (鹵水鵝)? I'm looking for a restaurant that slice it if we bought half or the whole goose.

It's just the name. Traditionally it is made using domesticated geese (not wild geese like Canada geese). Here in Canada 潮州鵝 are made from ducks because 1. Canada Geese are protected and are only available in very limited supplies during hunting session, 2. Canada Geese taste nothing like the domesticated geese in China.DJ Trance AZ wrote: ↑I thought we are not allowed to consume Canada goose? Perhaps I am wrong.

Never paid attention to marinated duck nor goose at Sam Woo BBQ. Just saw their menu on Yelp. Roast duck and Mari aged duck is $28 for whole. Not too bad, but not sure if it's chopped or sliced.
