Why not just do it at home? The chocolate sets are pretty cheap. Could prob get everything you need including food for $30.

Try the Miller Tavern on Yonge, just south of York Mills.

It's a nice atmosphere, therefore, food is pricier. But the chocolate fondue seems cheaper than Panorama at $13.95.
mmm ... I couldn't stop licking my fork ...
