How are you guys getting these referral links? I want to refer myself by sending a referral link to the wifes account, but when I login to my CIBC account, there's no mention of this $25. There's only a promotion where I could win $10,000 by ordering foreign funds. Is this targeted?
Click Order Foreign Cash & you can generate a link.

the DEAL is to get the referral bonus

If you get a referral bonus from your friend, it could be about $280CAD to get $240USD which beats ANY exchange service. Even better if you get your wife to refer you.
Honey, I can't go to bed yet. Somebody is wrong on the Internet!

Thanks OP, just order using my wife's referral link, but forgot to use the "Dream" promotion code though...
After receiving the $25 referral for both of us, will refer to my wife and order from her account to get another $50..
Got to accumulate USD for upcoming cruise trip

Still don't see a link to the offer just the PDF. Ps isn't the $25 go Me to the referrER not the pirchasee?

The link is not in my post, because RFD forbids that. Both the referrer AND the purchasee.

Might as well register for Drop and get the AC Conversion card. They have a promo right now where you get $20 worth of gift cards (you select, from Amazon, iTunes, Apple, Indigo, Starbucks , Timmies, Best Buy and various restaurants) for loading $100 CAD worth of foreign currency on it.

Having a CIBC Visa counts as being a CIBC customer? Or do they require an actual chequing account?

For this promotion, a CIBC Visa won't work. A checking account will. And so will a savings account or line of credit. That's where they'll pull the $300, and that's where they'll give you the $25. :)

says up to 15 days. How long did it take you to get your cash?

Going to get euros, but wondering how long it would take. i assume since it's not something niche... < a week for sure?

As stated in the OP, "Your foreign currency will be delivered within 3 business days to most urban branch and home locations."

Made an order on Tuesday and received home delivery on Friday. I imagine for a common currency like euro, branch pickups might be quicker.
