Purchase a digital download with giftcard never got my scene points. its been 2 days. anyone know have similar experience? i call Cineplex - 1-888-785-1533 but they claim to only be responsible for giftcards and know nothing of how scene points work. basically passing the buck and asking me to call scene's 1800.
Should've been added within a couple of hours. What probably happened is that your Scene card got 'forgotten' from your profile. You have to really pay attention on the checkout screen to make sure it's still there. It's happened to me a few times where it hasn't automatically been linked.

what number did you call? because i called 1-888-785-1533 and the csr knows nothing about how scene points are distributed on purchases, and says they are not responsible for that at all.

I had my scene points number entered during purchase, so i suspect this is just some type of reccuring error on their site. seems like alot of people have gone through this just by reading the thread.

Somebody here told me if you download its only SD. If you want HD you have to stream it thru PS3.
How? Ps3 browser doesn't allow it.

I called 1-800-333-0061 option 8.. talked to a csr bc my scene card didn't get added to order so I didn't get points. It took forever to get through but the CSR was really nice and just added them for me.

Just FYI

Anybody else notice that there is no longer an option to buy digital copies of the Indiana Jones movies? They were their up until yesterday and now they are gone.....

Can you still get those?

Are you allowed to order more than 1 "copy" of the digital movie?
Yes, I bought one last night and used it to get the LotR box set.

Several RFDers have bought the Elysium digital download multiple times without incident.

Only 8 thanks for OP and 18 pages.
Nice.... really pathetic there RFD.

I bought my father a seinfeld full series box set.
My father never gets gifts, nor does he want any.
But when I mentioned how cheap the seinfeld box set was, he flipped and said BUY BUY BUY BUY!
He never says buy.
NEVER. :|

Do people make multiple accounts to buy Elysium more than once?

Does anyone know how to watch the digital movies bought on the Cineplex Store on an iPad?? The website is useless, clicking on "Devices FAQ" does nothing, I am completely at a loss on how to do this. So far I've only been able to watch them on my laptop.

Just so everyone is aware that when you select HD or SD movies for download they are either encoded 480p or 720p from Cineplex and not 1080p. For 1080P the coding should be HDX. I can't find any movies that are HDX
