Here's a brief review on the 2001-05 Civics:

Any extended warranty available? 9K would be a very good price here in BC.

KMs are way too high for the year, but certainly a good price for an '05 Honda. It will last forever. I'd buy it

the civic lxg from nexcar auto is sold already =( just gave them a call. but they do have other civics that are similar. they also provide carfax reports... but im having that dilemma regarding carfax reports... cbc news reported that alot of their reports did not contain info regarding claims and stuff and it showed on carproof that there were been claims.

Really? I bought an '05 with 26k on it a year ago. I think it depends what people are accustomed to. It seems we're accepting that high mileage cars are "ok" so the dealers can get more for them.

Cars are meant to be driven - you engine seals and gaskets are probably in worse condition than those on 2005 car with 90K millage....

or ur odometer has been tampered with... did you get it for relatively cheaper then other ones of the same year with a little bit more mileage?
typically average users drive around 15k km a year. heck just going to work and back everyday, and i drive 20k km a year

It's a digital odometer.. Supposedly tamper proof.. And no, it wasn't cheaper. In fact I paid a good chunk of change for it.
Since then I've put almost 30k on it though
It's gone to Montreal and back several times as well. Fabulous car. An incredible car actually. I will keep it until it falls apart.
I do have one complaint (if you can call it that). On the highway it's so quiet, smooth and comfortable that it actually tends to lull you into a sleep on long drives if you're not careful. Not so sure that's a good thing. I've never seen a car so well insulated and designed so you don't even get wind noise. It's almost....wierd. It's actually quieter than the Deville it replaced.
