which gauges?
the ones moulded into the dash under the tv/above the glove compartment are for the air ride system..
first gauge is for the air tank pressure, the 2nd gauge is dual needle for the pressure in each corner of the rear suspension, the 3rd gauge is dual needle for the pressure in each corner of the front suspension.
the gauges on the a pillar right now are boost gauge and air/fuel ratio (both needed for boosted cars). they are VERY expensive autometer cobalt gauges, each of them are like $190. i also have a autometer cobalt digital voltmeter, which sells for like $175.
expensive gauges, but they look flawless at night and they are amazingly responsive....you can get cheaper gauges..but..forget that.

Newbie
does the door go any higher? looks like it is tough to get in and out from that pic.. specially if you are of medium/tall build.
any pics from the side with doors up?
do they seal like stock doors? easy to close?
270hp, what does it do in the 1/4 mile? and what dyno did you get 270hp from?

the doors go that high. and no, it's very easy to get in and out.
im 6ft 1, and have 0 problems.
they seal like stock (take a little more care closing of course), no leaks, no wind noise.
as for the engine..... the SI motor and suspension is one "package" for the car. then of course, the air ride and turbo dohc vtec engine..... so. depends what engine you're talkin about for the quarter mile
quarter mile : 12.93 was what it did on the dyno at 8psi of boost. you gotta remember, it was on the dyno getting all the engine timing adjusted/********, the injector timings and values, etc etc etc. the ecu is crome custom chipped specifically for my engine. it's not just a generic turbo basemap. 8 hours on the dyno..
crank up the boost (not good for daily driving), and you can easily pull over 300hp to the wheels no problem..not really recommended for daily driving
i've never tracked it, nor will i. it's not raced, it's a loved car... which is why i worry about selling this car to some random kid. it's a LOT of HP for a small car, esp for a younger person with limited driving experience who will be on the pedal right from the get go, before getting comfortable and getting to know the car.
as for pics, whats on there is whats on there. why pics from the side? there's piles of pics with the doors up, you should have a good idea of what it looks like
