Clear silicone caps for USB, VGA, and Firewire connectors?

I remember in the past they use to include those clear silicone like caps for the connectors of the cable. I can't seem to find them anymore. Does anyone here know where I can buy them or if you don't want yours willing to give it to me? I'll pay for the shipping!

Well, I bought some DVI cables from Monoprice and they came with the plastic caps. And I just bought a new monitor and the Analog cable included came with caps so I guess they're still in use but I've never seen anyone actually selling them. There would have to be several types for the different connectors and it's hard to any demand for these. Besides since the cables are mostly made in China now the caps are almost certainly made there as well to put on the cables but it's hard to see anyone bothering to go to the trouble to import spare caps to N America.

I still think caps are useful though. I e-mailed monoprice, but they haven't been very helpful.
