You can call clearlycontacts.ca and ask for a price match with coastalcontacts.com. I did that and had no problems getting the same price.

Do we not get hit with customs because they they ship out of their canadian warehouse for coastalcontacts orders like amazon.com does or is it hit and miss with the duties?

Apparently some have. I tried yesterday but was told there was a change in policy and you could get EITHER the price match to Coastal minus 10% of the differerence, OR the 25% off ENTERTAINMENT. However, she said they would match OTHER sites (i.e. not related to clearly/coastal) and give the additonal 25% off as well.

Are you kidding? Any US site (1800contacts.com, visiondirect.com just to name a few) will be cheaper than Clearlycontacts.
