Clifford Remote Starts?

Anyone have any info on the Clifford remote starts?

The reason I ask is I notice that these have mini-usb ports on the remotes to charge, I know that's not a MAJOR selling feature, but aren't the remotes real battery hogs? Clifford is a good name too isn't it?

Anyone know of any dealer's in the Saskatoon area?

You should able to get some info on the official Clifford web site and search for authorized dealer to see if there is any in SK.

Clifford is owned by Directed Electronics, the same company that makes Viper. The Clifford system is basically a clone of the Viper with a different looking remote.

I have the Clifford 50.7x. The battery in the remote lasts about a month between charges. I can try to answer if you have any specific questions about the system.

My old car had a Clifford with remote start, it had the big FOB with the 2 way communication. I just used the AAA Eneloops and they lasted for around 6weeks before needing charging.
