Clipping in DX games are normal!
Hmm, I always thought there was something wrong with my video card because everytime I played a PC game the graphics would seem to separate. It's hard to describe, since I can't take a screenshot of it but when you're playing and your character in FPS games moves from left to right, it's really obvious.
I found out this was normal when watching a trailer here: http://www.gametrailers.com/player/24582.html
So if anyone else is suffering from the same probs as me, don't sweat it. It's normal.

Toggle on Vertical Sync and you won't see it.
It's because two different frames are shown on the screen at the same time, one above the other. Vertical Sync prevents that from happening, but limits your FPS to your monitor's refresh rate.
