Closets By Design - how to remove their screws?

We have a pantry that was put in by Closets by Design but don't know how to remove the screws to take it all down. The screws have a Phillips head with a plastic bracket surrounding the head so you can't get at it directly. When the pantry was installed the company had mentioned that they use their own tamper-proof type of screw. Does anyone know what tool you would use to remove this kind of screw?

Thanks!

Are you trying to disassemble the unit or take it off the wall?

If the latter, there may be hidden screws (check behind hinges, under plastic caps and inside of shelf peg holes).

You might need something like this

You certainly can find knock-offs if you're only going to use it once.

Thanks!

We're trying to take the whole unit off the wall. It looks like regular screws are used on the wall and the tamper-proof ones are under the attached shelves.

It's a generic cam screw similar to IKEA. Simply use a Phillip's head to loosen the cams counter clockwise and push the shelf up

Why are you removing the unit?
