CNN journalistic integrity reaches all time high
Headline from FRONT PAGE:
"Tired of feeling shame, man sheds 87 pounds"
http://www.cnn.com/2007/HEALTH/diet....lch/index.html
First, losing 87 pounds isn't exactly rare. And being embarrased of your weight isn't rare either. But apparently, if you're embarassed AND lose weight, CNN would like to make you front page news. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the multiple mentions of "Weightwatchers" within the story.
What a farce. We all know news = ads, but please. Isn't this going a little too far?_______________

I just wish news station would pump out more articles like this on a regular basis. Maybe then all the obese people around the country would take some initiative and lose some weight.

This transgresses the absurd considering that hundreds of people in places such as the Congo, Asia & cities the world over died tragically and yet we have this kind of lame "headlines" replacing their spotlight. The BBC or the Japanese NHK would never have these kind of idiotic "headlines"..... only in America
