I live in the area and if you go there on the weekend expect to stand in a huge line up..It is like that from open to close.. I haven't been in there yet but I suggest if you don't want to stand in a line up then go during the week..

Aside from their retail store, yes you can use the brown Coach gift card to purchase something from their Outlet stores.

Most are 50% off plus the 20-30% off coupon you can print out. Do a quick search on Google for a coupon, there's usually one every week. Yes, its still packed on weekends.

ya, the prices are amazing, i went last week on a weekend and the line was okay around 12 to 2pm .. but anything after that it was like an hour wait outside the store and another hour to pay for the stuff.. it's crazy but if you're looking for good deals, its really worth it. I saw a tote bag that my girlfriend bought just a week earlier from the Coach store at the eaton centre which was about 199.99 and it was only 109.99 + another 20% off at the coach outlet.. Keep an eye out for some defects. I've seen plenty of defective stuff..
