Coconut water after sweaty workout
I am starting to pactice Bikram yoga. I read that coconut water is good for after sweaty workout. Anyone know where can I buy in bulk and good price? Any particular brand I should be looking for? $3 a bottle/can is expensive. Is there other alterative? I also read apple is good.
