Is coffee drinking making your hair gray?

it may be with me and it makes sense since the coffee is a potent stimulant. I have only drank it actively for six months but I am officially off of it.

I don't think so but the reason why you drink coffee may.

coffee is a big stimulant and if you don't expand it immediatelly , it tends to enhance the catabolic effects.
My observational experience tells me that it has something to do with it as well as hair loss.
I never really enjoyed it and now I am off of it.

The only time I drink coffee is during contests like Mac Donalds Monopoly or Tim Hortons Roll Up. And now that you bring it up, I've noticed that I got more grey hair than I used to have and all the time I thought it was simple old age. Thank you for alerting me. Now I'm going to drink my last cup of coffee!

Coffee doesn't make you grey, but stress and doing all-nighters in school will do it. (They may also make you drink coffee to stay awake...)

It doesn't give me grey hair but I find that coffee dries out my skin and raises my blood pressure a bit.

I don't drink coffee, I'm in my 50's, I have never dyed my hair and I have very few gray hairs, if any. My mother and her siblings all went gray very early, like in their 20's. My brother is 3 years younger than me and he's totally gray.

Going grey has nothing to do with coffee or genetics, Your hair turns grey because the cells that make up the pigment of your hair colour begain to run out as your age and your hair loses it's colour. This coffee myth is just another wives tale like wearing hat makes you go bald.

no, having a wife and kids is making me grey.

Coffee keeps me sane, i don't care about the side effects.
