Colored CD-R (Smartbuy) in GTA

Does anyone know where I can find coloured CD-Rs such as the SmartBuy ones I bought several years ago. Some where local in GTA, but I don't mind paying for shipping as long as its reasonable

These are regular ones just have the colour on top

I'm looking for complete coloured discs (including the bottom recordable side) much like the black PSX discs

Either Staples or Future Shop have had the Memorex "Cool Color" on sale from time to time. When I bought a ten pack five+ years ago, they had coloured bottoms.
