Commuter
I'm going to be putting 50k/year on my car for work. I'm thinking of getting an older just for driving to work, say <$5000k and having a separate car that is newer and won't get hammered with km. Any suggestions on cars that would best do the job for this price?

It is to and from my place work but I am an independent contractor so my accountant has advised me I am eligible for a tax deduction. As I have an older vehicle I usually just go with a flat rate per km which will cover gas and repairs. I would like to buy a brand new car but if I put that many km on it, I'll be married to it until it dies thus why I was thinking of a separate commuter.
Would a 99-02 civic still have a lot of juice left in it?Last edited by MichaelKnight; Feb 14th, 2009 at 07:38 PM.
