Hi Everyone,
I would really appreciate some feedback and help if anyone could.
Problem # 1 :
I just built a new computer.
i5-3570k
8 GB ram
600W PSU Corsair
Used my old GTX 260 video card
It works absolutely fine, but when I start running Diablo 3, the computer shuts off after a few seconds.
I am thinking that it must be the temperature issue or power supply, but I'm leaning more towards temperature as 600W PSU is a lot for the gaming rig.
Problem # 2 :
My old computer
i7-960
6 GB RAM
750W PSU
Added GTX 560 (this is the comp where the gtx 260 came from)
I uninstalled the old video card driver, but for some reason it has incredibly slowed down and the cursor actually lags really bad.
Any idea what may be wrong with both?
Thanks in advance.

For problem #1, I tend to think temperature is the #1 culprit. Although, it could be power supply. Are you overloading a particular rail? For #2, did you go to device manager and see if there are any reported issues in terms of bad drivers? Not much to go on, but sometimes these things are like finding a needle in a haystack.

For #1, does it happen at approximately the same point / length of time after launching, or does it vary? If you think its overheating, leave your computer off over the night, turn it on in the morning and start up D3 right away. Does it shutdown in the same amount of time as if you had it idling for a while beforehand? Also check event viewer ( start -> run -> "eventvwr.msc" )
For #2,
Well.. you don't have a display driver, so its not unreasonable that everything is laggy. Install back the latest display driver.

OP has the parts.
1) Swap the video cards.
2) Then also swap the power supplies.
If OP still has issues it is temperature issues related to the CPU/cooler,
Another possibly is the case not venting hot air out fast enough (need two 120mm fans at high speed to keep case cool when gaming).

Hey everyone,
Thanks for the feedback!
I touched the GTX 260 in my i5 computer and I swear I could have cooked an egg with that thing.
I installed it back to my old i7 2nd gen gaming rig then moved the GTX560 to my new i5 3rd gen gaming rig.
I installed the GTX 560 drivers on the i7 but it really was laggy... it felt like I was running pentium 1, so no choice.
Not sure exactly why... maybe because my motherboard on my i7 computer is an older XFX 58i one.
Oh well... I only use both for Diablo 3 anyway.
Thanks a lot everyone! Gave me a lot of ideas._______________
