I'm not happy with my 6600GT--requires an external fan to blow on it or it overheats.

eVGA has the best lifetime warranty because it covers almost any damage to the card... even overclocking

I could see these prices falling slowly but surely cuz now the nex-gen cards are starting to come out.

yes the prices will drop, but look how much the nvidia 5700 series are these days. Around $150. Not that cheap, not that great!
