If you go in-store, they actually give it to you for free. I picked mine up at Scarborough Town Centre. When I went to go pay, they knocked off the rebate instantly and I walked out of the store without having to put down a penny. Amazing.

I tried the reserve your item on xmas eve at 2:15 pm. Having 48 hours to pick up the item would place it in a boxing day sale. It did not work. They did not hold the item for me. The manger said they were gone by 9am and thats tobad. He checked online and told me to order online and pay for the shipping , in fact order two and he would spilt the shipping

last time i checked (today morning around 10:30) the compusmart at scarborough town center had a lot of those belkin surge protectors for sale. they had a whole basket of them sitting near the entrance. you could always call them out and try there.
