$200 sounds decent. But for me, the first place I'd check is Walmart or Zellers because I tend to be cheap with the accessories and spend more on the PC hardware. Anyway, chances are all these desks are made in China.
here's one for $99 at Walmart and I believe it has a slide out keyboard tray.

I got something similar for $69 at Zellers, but I spent over $1500 for the PC and another $500 on the monitor.

You want to avoid buying a desk with a built in compartment for the PC. They tend to restrict proper airflow and adequate PC cooling. If you're running some heavy duty program, your fan might have to run a lot faster to prevent the inner works from overheating. Fan noise might drive you nuts. Just look how tight the fit is for the PC in the staples image. And like Magoomba said, you're gonna bang up you knees and shins with that lower shelf holding the printer paper. The Walmart one has the extra surface area and doesn't have anything that will bang your legs.

I've got that Walmart one l. Works great and for 99 bucks it's pretty good bang for your buck.

I got the walmart one too, i didn't put the top on (wasnt planning too, and good thing i didnt want to cause the paint was all peeling on those pieces)... Only issue is that after a week, the top sagged ~3 inches in the middle.

Bear in mind that majority of the current monitors are widescreen.
Depending on monitor, may not even fit on that desk.

thank you all for the replies...much appreciate your feedback on this..
Firstly, this is for a condo..i do not have enough space for a L-shaped table. I saw that one at walmart. I didnt saw this thread yesterday, so I kind of (actually yes), ordered this one from Costco with very good reviews.

DW likes to have all the shelfs junked in the table..not my idea though. In fact, I like the IKEA one..have to drive to Montreal (150km) to pick that one up.
Perhaps, I will cancel the order from Costco and look further.
Kindly note that I do not have a desktop..Just a MBP with a extended monitor. (P24 from Dell).
Models from FutureShop, Staples and Costco are practically the same with different color. I saw the one at Staples, didn't liked the color much though..

I like the costco desk. I also have had other Bestar branded furniture in the past and found them very solid. Based on the comments about its weight, I'm thinking this one will also be solid. As for the Expedid, it also looks good but how ergonomic is it if you use a computer keyboard? Would it be at the right height which I believe is about 26 inches?

The right height is whatever is comfortable for you and how you like to sit. Don't forget a lot of people (myself included) don't even have a desktop computer, so my "keyboard" sits at whatever level the desk is at (plus 1" or so). Personally I find those slide out keyboard trays very awkward because they are harder to access... either they don't come out far enough to make typing comfortable, or they're too low and bang my knees. I prefer sitting closer.

Just picked up my mail and in the Costco magazine, the Bestar Desk will be $30.00 off from July 9 to July 22nd.

No Bestar desk is listed. Is that for executive membership?
