Computer Restart Issue, Shows Black Screen

Recently ive had an problem with my computer, whenever i restart my computer or sometimes i boot my computer my monitor shows up blank black screen. Im not sure whats causing the problem. is it my video card, monitor or something else? My specs are in my Sig

Ive tried reloading the Bios to System to default settings. Cleared the CMOS too.

Test your hard drives using the manufacture's utilities. If your primary drive tests out okay, then look at the video card as the problem.

Do you have another monitor or video card to try?

Maybe do a quick two pass run of memtest just to rule out the ram too.

Wanna tell us the timing + voltage you set on your motherboard for your memory?

Have you tried swapping your memory to some cheaper generic ones and see if it'll boot?

Timings are 5-5-5-12@ 2.1

Try setting:
5-5-5-18 @ 1.8, DDR2-800 Freq/Divider
If memory serves me right, those are Dominator 8500C5D's jedec specs.

Edit:
And leave everything else AUTO (For memory configurations)

Ok, ill test those timings you suggestion.

So far 3 times ive powered/restarted the computer it worked fine. *fingers crossed*

Although I cannot be 100% sure that I'm right towards your problem, but from the symptoms you've mentioned, it sounds like your motherboard is trying to boot your ram into the timing or FSB you've set, but failed to do so, and got stuck during POST.
