I go through my e-mail several times daily. In chunks that way, I find it manageable.

How do you guys that contest regularly deal with all the spam?

I opened a new email account for this and entered about 100 contests a while back and the account is just full of garbage constantly. It has become quite the chore to look through every week only to delete all the spammy mail :(
I don't enter contests unless they're sponsored by name brands. I find anytime I break that rule, that's when the spammy emails start. A couple times a year, I unsubscribe from eNewsletters. I've been doing this for 5 years and only get about 10 enewsletters/promotional emails a day (on average). I check my spam folder daily and might have 1 or 2 a day that ends up there. I've used the same gmail address since I started contesting.
2017 8 wins/$9,088 2016 - 16 win/$8,960 2015 - 20 wins/$6,333 2014 - 19 wins/$1,187 2013 - 22 wins/$1,664, 2012 - 21 wins/$10,259, 2011 - 1 win/$5,000 The person that said winning isn't everything, never won anything. ~Mia Hamm

Thanks :)

You can delete all the newsletters without opening them, right? I presume if you win a contest, you will get a separate email generally?

Saw this on the AirMiles Facebook page:
AIR MILES Canada: Hello Kimberley, the draw took place on July 4 and all selected entrants will be contacted via telephone and/or email based on the information on their Collector Account or in their email entry. Contact will be attempted and must be responded to within 72 hours. You can read complete details in the official contest rules at www.airmilescruise.ca. Good luck!

With so many winners (and none checking in to the Contests Wins thread so far), I assume this process is still ongoing.
Wishing everyone a lucky 2017!

@MommaMac -thanks for posting the VH sauces weekly contest winners. Rather curious most winners are from Quebec. I do not want a bbq but did swipe my AM card at Sobeys when I had purchased two sauces. At least some winners are from other provinces (but not Ontario).
Surfing 2017.😎 Summer contest slump.

I noticed that as well. I find it strange that the province with the highest population didn't even have a single winner.
