I thought of using a spreadsheet for organization after hearing about a past prolific poster (now living in exile) who used them. After seeing how long it took to open even ONE link (just the time it takes to switch from Excel to the browser), I gave up. Since you can open whole folders of bookmarks from within the browser (and this is MUCH faster), I decided the speed of the browser would outweigh any organizational benefits the spreadsheet could provide.xjesterxx wrote: ↑Lol. It's ok after letting it settle for a minute or two. Sounds like a busy street in here though with all the auto-playing nonsense mixed in there.
edit: Aaaanndd all finished. That was fast.

Eh I dunno. I have the contest link, the rfd link, any special codes or whatever, etc all on the same spread sheet and now I can open all of them in 1 push of a button.toguy wrote: ↑I thought of using a spreadsheet for organization after hearing about a past prolific poster (now living in exile) who used them. Bookmarking and putting in a folder is definitely easier / more convenient though.

I use a combination of both. I bookmark from within my browser (which I find is the fastest way to power through my dailies), and I track every single contest that I enter on a spreadsheet that contains a stupid amount of detail and allows me to track the contests I've entered with the click of a button.
It's always interesting to know how others track and organize their contests.

I put this on the Skittles contest post but I thought it would not hurt to post it here as well. This morning when I played I guess no one else was playing so after I choose my Skittles colour and submitted, their computer program actually pitted me against myself which of course resulted in a draw and no extra ballot. Man was I ever annoyed. I have sent them a complaint re this but you know how long it takes sponsors to actually correct something (if they ever do). Be warned. Make sure you always play when there will be loads of people on. Too bad we aren't US residents -their prize for the US group is a cool $50,000 so if you have friends or family in the USA give them a heads up about it.

I don't use a spreadsheet. I don't see the need to keep a history or excessive detail of each contest. I have no idea how many contests I have entered or how many I have won. If a code or UPC is required for a daily/weekly/etc... then I stick a virtual post-it note on the form so it is there everytime I open the URL of that contest and I can copy and paste the info. For example, I copy and pasted all the hi-liner UPC's into a post-it and stuck it on the form. Then I delete them as I use them. I use roboform and browser bookmarks sorted my expiration date for all my organization. Once the contest is over I delete it from RF and FF. I use the style sheet add-on that highlights visited URL's so if if I go to another contest site besides RFD I'll know I have already entered it or bookmarked it for later.

Great tips! Thank you. What program/add-on do you use for the virtual post it notes? I tried a program for a while, but it kept freezing my computer. Would love to try a different one
Our charity didn't win (by votes) in the Natures Bounty contest, but we won just the same. We missed the top 3 by a few hundred votes, and Natures Bounty vitamins generously decided to donate $5000. to ME/FM Action Network anyway. They didn't have to do that- I am so impressed, and very grateful.

Occasionally the note will appear at the very bottom of the page and you have to drag it up. THe program is a little buggy but IMHO well worth it. Can you read Japanese? I delete the Kanji characters and replace it with my notes. The menu is in english.

The Sport Addict Zone contest thread seems to have disappeared from yesterday. Was it a scam or something?

I think it probably is FB trying to find fake and duplicate accounts but it isn't just compers and sweepers getting hit, my sister had her account blocked and it is only family and close family friends on her account. She said that several other family members also got hit. These are all none compers.

I am one of those caught in the "lockout". Anyone have any previous experience with this? I tried the verify by text, never got any texts. I sent my ID to them and no response. Am I just SOL or is there hope?

I started to think some haters are doing the deed. I got logged out my account 3 times yesterday, identify friends & then mobile verification 2 times.
Now I just received

I don't create spammy content, a few like & share (much less than contest friends), I seldom tag others.

After answering all five of their "who is this" questions all I get is "No verification methods are currently available. Please come back later."
Any ideas what to do next - besides of course coming "back later"
