Hey everyone,

I submitted my declaration & release form on Monday for the Garnier Live in Style contest. I sent an email to the contact name provided informing them I have faxed the documents and asked for confirmation of its receipt. I called yesterday and left a voice mail message, but I have not been contacted.

I simply want to know that they received my fax ( the requested method to submit the forms), should I keep trying to contact them?

Forms were to be received within 10 days of the email, today will be 8 days.

STQ was 2 + ( 4x7) /3 = 10

Yet another example of PEDMAS out the window!!!
By PEDMAS rules (which are the way all mathematical problems are supposed to be solved), this STQ should have been:
4 x 7 = 28
28 / 3 = 9.3333333333333333333333... (or 9 1/3 if you prefer)
9 1/3 + 2 = 11 1/3.

Now, jane22, is it safe to assume this was written on the forms exactly as you indicated it?

And don't worry, I'm sure who ever came up with the STQ meant it to be 10, they just didn't pass math in high school! LOL!

Yes that is exactly how it was written. I also received your other answer but figured they would never have a decimal as the answer. Has anyone ever had a STQ with a decimal before? other than .0

ps: on my 4th attempt to contact Sid Lee I have received a response that my forms were received - phew!

I got my Toy an Hour prize today - Monopoly Town and it even came w/ the batteries! I guess that makes sense considering it was an Energizer contest Except those DHL delivery people are clueless...they delivered to my home when I was at work and the one day I told them I'd be home, they delivered it to my work. D'uh!

Ya I had one from Rogers for a trip to Cuba a few years back. It was a while ago but i clearly remember the answer being something like 3.25 or something similar. I had to do it three times because I thought like you, that they wouldn't give a question with a Point in it. The person who gave the STQ only laughed when i gave him the answer because I told him there is no way this is right even though it was)

Wishful thinking...I received a letter from Clubseasons Canada saying that I was selected in a draw with a prize worth $5950.

I googled and didn't find much. I visited their site and saw that their "memberships" are worth $5950.

Anyone ever deal with these guys?
