Make contests and freebies seperate. It's all chaos, everyone knows that the odds of winning in contest is ridiculous so just keep it seperate I hate looking at it while browsing the freebies forum.

I agree with a separate "Contests" forum... makes everything nice and clean, and people won't get annoyed / irritated at having to peruse through all those contest threads (which, ever since the iPOD thread, are increasing in numbers).
Having a Contests & Freebies section would be like merging the sell with the hot deals forums... freebies are there for everyone (same as the hot deals), contests only benefit a select few._______________

The volume of contests has increased significantly over the past two weeks, perhaps there is a high enough demand for this?

exactly, As of right now, I think there are only 2-3 freebies are actually active at the moment. So many contests: Dream Kitchen, LG 42" Plasma, Pepsi Ipod, HP Camera. Too many, I'm tired of looking at those.
