Converting from Aeroplan to Starwood Preferred Guest?
Hi guys I know the opposite is possible but is it possible to go from Aeroplan --> SPG?

I don't think that it's possible. Even if it was, it would be a really poor exchange rate
However AMEX is offering 15K SPG points with first year fee waived

You can only buy SPG from points.com. You cannot exchange or trade SPG points. You can do that with Aeroplan but not with SPG.

Points.com isn't worth the hassle anyways. You always get junk requests from people wanting to scam you with crappy exchange rates.
Just use those Areoplan points for gift cards. No other option these days since you now get taxed to death on round the world tickets.
