Converting from Aeroplan to Starwood Preferred Guest?

Hi guys I know the opposite is possible but is it possible to go from Aeroplan --> SPG?

Go to Points.com. They have both Starswood and Aeroplan plus many many other plans that you can swap points.
Regardless of the poor exchange, the question was not where to get more Starpoints. RTFQ

You can only buy SPG from points.com. You cannot exchange or trade SPG points. You can do that with Aeroplan but not with SPG.

So the short answer is NO.

Points.com isn't worth the hassle anyways. You always get junk requests from people wanting to scam you with crappy exchange rates.

Just use those Areoplan points for gift cards. No other option these days since you now get taxed to death on round the world tickets.
