the topic of “Why hockey is the greatest Canadian sport?”(the “Essay”) along
with your name, age, email address and full mailing address

four (4) Cards will be sent directly to the address provided by the Essay writer.
Requests must be submitted by the entrant him/herself and be sent in a separate
envelope with sufficient postage. Only original, legible Essays will be accepted;
no duplicates or mechanical reproductions. Limit: one (1) Pack (4 Cards per
pack) per Essay request. Requests must be post-marked by May 15, 2012 and
received no later than May 24, 2012.

Prize: FREQUENCY PRIZES: Beginning 9:00 am (ET) on March 15, 2012 and ending
on 11:59 pm (ET) on April 9, 2012 (“Frequency Contest Period”), there are 5000
frequency prizes (each a, “Frequency Prize”) available to be won, while supplies
last. Each Frequency Prize consists of one (1) NHL ® digital access code that
can be redeemed for an item on Shop.NHL.com; each Frequency Prize is worth
approximately $5.00 CAD

GRAND PRIZE: There is one (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) available to be
won, which includes an invitation for the winner and three (3) guests to attend the
fourth game (“Game 4”) of the 2012 Stanley Cup ® Final, anticipated to take
place on a date during the 7 day period from June 10, 2012 through and
including June 17, 2012 (the “Event”). The exact date of the Event will be
determined by the National Hockey League in its sole discretion, and the seating
and location of the Event will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. For
clarity, the exact date of the Event may or may not fall within the 7 day period
described above. Specifically, the Grand Prize includes: (i) four (4) round trip
economy class airline tickets or four (4) round trip economy class train tickets or
shuttle transportation tickets (depending on distance of winner’s home from the
Event location as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) for the winner and
three (3) guests to the Event; (ii) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodation
(double or quadruple occupancy); (iii) four (4) tickets to the Event; and(iv) return
ground transportation between the airport, train or shuttle station to the Eve
