it was 3.3.18.2 I think, As for apps I didnt even check as Im using an XBox One S for everything, I just knew from reading online that this was the update that added local apps.
Thanks. Mines on 3.3.18.1 and says im on the newest firmware when i try updating through the set or through the smartcast app. I got netflix, pluto tv, crackle and amazon prime as well as a usb media player last week when i initially setup the set.

For a 65''? I didn't notice the price on the Costco website.

I'm hesitating with this one and the P65-C1. I don't know if the price difference is really worth it. It's bacically to hook my PS4 Pro to it, watch some movies and daily use.
I should have been clear, this price was in store only.

I keep eyeing 4k and HDR TV's, but I'm moving from one of the last 1080p Panasonic Plasma's that we're made - am I likely to be disappointed? Should I try and hold on for OLED to get cheaper?

I'm still on plasma and waiting for an OLED. LCD doesn't come close to our plasmas.

Any tips on calibrating the picture up out of the box?

I just set it to calibrated and turned down the backlight. In the input settings menu change full uhd colour under the hdmi1 setting to on.

1399 at burnaby today. Anyone who bought it in the last 90 days might as well go get a 100 back. 70 inch e series is also on sale for those that want entry level 70 inch (aka less features than this but bigger)

Its in sale... either $940 or $950. Pretty sure it was 940 since i remember the price being a bit odd. The regular price was lowered on a lot of models too... i.e. it was 91 off for the 65 inch... making the regular price 1489 instead of 1499.99.

Man it's either this or the Sony X900E....so hard to decide! I guess if picture quality is almost as good for $1,000 less...maybe it's an easy decision.

I am curious about people's thoughts regarding the M65-E0 in-store at 1399 vs. the Vizio P55-E1 55- currently on sale and available online at Costco for 1499 (and maybe cheaper in-store, although I did not see the P55 at my local Etobicoke store).
