No kidding! You too?

I'm wondering how many people got the 4th gen instead of 4K from Costco...
Also got a 4th generation one instead of the 4K one.

I'd recommend anyone interested in direct playing 4K files (via Infuse Pro) on the ATV4K get the 64GB version due to the size of 4K MKVs.
It's not an option with Costco as of yet and I wouldn't hold my breath for them to get the 64GB version, especially with the 32GB being removed from the site. For $55 less vs. buying the 64gb version elsewhere, the 32GB is well worth it. If I was paying full pop I would have gone with the 64GB with a $20 difference, but with the $10 cheaper price at Costco plus the $25 Masterpass promo, I couldn't be happier with the 32GB at $55 less.

How did Costco respond? Assuming you've contacted them.

Waiting on a callback tomorrow. The support people I called need to contact another department which apparently closed at 6pm Eastern. Can update tomorrow.

Does Infuse let you store movies on ATV? I thought it just streams from other devices, so your ATV capacity shouldn’t matter.

How can there be a 7 pages thread and nobody talking about how Apple destroy any SDR content by faking a god awful HDR to any content.

It's so disgusting any pro video reviewer cannot fathom how Apple could let this go.

The only fix is to turn off HDR and manually activate it when your watching true HDR content.... This is an obnoxious task to do, especially since there's more and more HDR content available.

Until Apple fix this by having an automatic HDR-SDR image setting, this device is a no go for any people who care just a little bit about picture quality.

1. Not at the moment, but they are launching their new TV services in 2018 which they intend to compete with Bell's FTTH offerings.

2. Unfortunately, no. The ATV will have to be connected to an internet connection that has Fibe TV provisioned. Their mobile versions of the app for the iPhone and iPad allow this though, all you need is a data connection.

not all the channels you can watch at the cottage, maybe half of the channels you can watch, if at home I can watch all the channels from my atv 4k.

It counts as another receiver, just download the fibe app. No 4K Bell on the Apple TV

I thought Bell Restricts Fibe TV on Apple TV 4 to Home WiFi Networks.
if not then how Bell prevents people sharing their FibeTV with a friends? (they could potentially share their bell login info to be used on an Apple TV with their friends)
