I know you're just posting a deal ( a valid one), but I think it's best everyone know that these go on sale (quite often) for $35-40 each. Please don't rush out!

Odd times they go even cheaper than that too!

This isn't a bad deal, I was looking at Echo Dots and they're 55-65 everywhere right now. Means that Google Home Mini at equivalent of 1x/48 bucks a fairly good deal. If you're patient, you can likely get better.

Got 2 of them for $45 at Best Buy back in December. Really only used them as an alarm clock and very ocassionally as a Spotify speaker, with a laptop and cellphone I really don't use it often. Unless you are going all in with the smart home I'd skip these for now.

I think 2 for $45 was a pricing error, but these do typically go on sale for $40 each quite often throughout the year.

Exactly these go on sale for 40 all the time.

Was on sale just a few weeks ago and will happen again.

I actually have 4 of them when BestBuy had the price error of having 2 for 39.99

I know it’s not a hot deal but nowhere else to really post a luke warm deal, no one else currently offering this type of incentive (at the moment).

Any bigger sale dates you would see them for $35

Not a hot deal. Maybe warm if you're desperate.

You might spare some down votes by putting warm or cool in the title...

Again I don't think we are harping on your deal post per session, just that since they go much cheaper very often, RFDers would benefit from this info.

But like you said, if someone absolutely needed one now, this would be it.

tried both google home mini and echo mini. as a music player, Google will allow you to used Spotify free account while echo requires a premium account. However, the speaker sound quality and the base on Echo is much better than google home mini.
