deal expired. but how do you get this kind of machine from insurance?
get prescription from doctor / PT(Tens machine for chronic pain?), then
buy the machine from anywhere(or have to be insurance approved/authorized dealer), then
file a claim with insurance?(send over prescription and receipt)
