[Costco] COSTCO.CA Appliances - Buy More Save More and others

FYI, some good deals here ending 12/05. Appears to be some Buy More Save More on LG, GE and Samsung appliances.

2 year warranty, delivery, haul away, 90 day return policy and 2% rebate for executive members included.

https://www.costco.ca/appliances-offers.html

Some specific deals I located - I personally was looking at laundry

GE LAUNDRY PAIR - $1,224.98 - $100 buy more save more = $1,124.98 - 2% executive rewards = $1102.48. About $300 cheaper then anywhere else I could find.

https://www.costco.ca/GE-7.4-cu.-ft.-Wh ... 70075.html

Anything with one of those pedestal washers seems to be a really good deal. Costco is $494.99+ while everyone else is $700+

Some deals are not labeled

The below dishwasher is 549.99 at Costco but labeled as a black friday deal at best buy for 649.99

Not sure if my math is correct, but costco has an offer.

BUNDLE OFFER: Purchase any two (2) participating GE or Haier Major Appliances on the same order and get $100 OFF the total order. Or, purchase any three (3) or more participating GE or Haier Major Appliances on the same order and get $300 OFF the total order. Please click here for the list of participating GE or Haier Major Appliances.

Now the $100 off isnt something to get excited about, but the $300 is. I was playing around and added a $219 OTR microwave to my shopping cart, and that counts as 3 appliances, so it gave me the $300 off. So in theory, that means the microwave would in theory be $19.

Before I added the OTR and just had the washer dryer and extra warranty the total cost was $1223.97 with tax because it was $100 off, adding the microwave jumped it to $300 off and the total was $1243.96 with tax. So Im paying $19.99 more and get a OTR microwave

Yes I would say the math is not right. The $300 off is for the 3 appliances. $1243.96 for this specific washer dryer and microwave is not a hot deal imo

Well the washer and dryer set are $50 less than any other store I can see, and with Costco instant 2 year warranty.

Im paying $19.99 for an OTR microwave, and I need a washer and dryer set.

Here are the specs, please show me how wrong I am

Washer - GE 5.3 cu. ft. White Top Load - Model GTW680BMMWS
Dryer - GE 7.4 cu. ft. White Electric Dryer - Model GTD65EBMKWS
OTR - GE 1.6 cu.ft Stainless-steel Over the Range Microwave with SmartControl System - Model JVM1635STC

$1,243.96 all in with 5 years warranty.

Please find me a good top load washer/dryer set and an OTR microwave than for less than $1300 and 5 years of warranty, other wise, your just spouting off

I don't even need the OTR, but for $19.99, why not. Can keep it until our dies, or sell it.

I wonder if Masterpass $20 off $100+ stacks on this offer.
LG isn't for washer/dryers and Samsung, well is Samsung

Common, $50 off a washer or dryer is not a hot deal. $1200 for those 3 appliances seems close to regular price. Bf is next week. I'm sure you'll find appliance deals soon, might not be that exact model but better bang for your buck

If you are buying it because it's the cheapest you can find at the moment and cannot wait, that is fine, but it's still not a hot deal to mention.

I am in the process of buying appliances but not sure where I should start. I've researched online and came to the conclusion that some brand names are terrible and some are mediocre. Of course, everyone has different experiences with different brands but are there any brands that are better than others? I'm really leaning towards getting my appliances at Costco due to the awesome return policy.

I've read stay away from Samsung & LG. Are there any others?

What brands are recommended for longevity? Quality? Customer support?
I'm just here for the deals....

I want to order a new laundry centre for my condo but it seems like Costco only offers haul away service but not installation. I’m not a handyman so can anyone recommend how I can get it installed? I don’t mind paying someone to do it.

its VERY easy, especially if you are just replacing. Google a handyman and give them a call. It will take them probably 15 minutes to do.

I went for the GE Laundry Pair as we need a set for a new house we are moving to. I added a $219 OTR Ge Microwave to pump up the $100 off to $300 of. the OTR after that rebate cost me $19.99. So I got all 3 items for only an extra $20.

I thought I was doing something wrong, so I added and then removed the item at checkout a few times, and the math lined up.

Where can I find the details of this additional savings? I am thinking of also getting a washer&dryer.

Says right on the link, buy 2 save $100, buy 3, Save $300. And OTR microwaves count as an appliance

We don't even need an OTR microwave, but for literally an extra $19.99, keep it in storage when ours does die, or resell it for even $150.
