[Costco] [Costco] SteelBody Deluxe FI Workout Bench $99.97

This is present in the Costco East thread as well, but likely buried. In case someone needs a bench, it is currently on clearance. I believe it went for $159.99 earlier. Max weight rating is 600lbs so plenty for most people. I spotted it at the Burlington ON location with lots left. The free weights are not on clearance yet but the "all in one" type gym was. Free weight clearance is also happening at some locations so get them if you need them when you see them.

This bench is much better than the Walmart or Canadian tire one where max weight on those are like 260lbs. For those who do not know what this is; this is the total weight the bench was design to handle. This includes the user + weights. Imagine your average guy at $180lbs, 80lbs left until you hit max does not sound very safe don't you think. This is only and FI bench, so only Flat and Incline, no decline.

The gapping between the pads is quite large but I feel the price negates this.

Bench details here

Looks like a solid bench, but I don't get how it'd do decline. It has a metal post that'll prevent it from going down.

It doesn't do decline, because it isn't a decline bench...

Saw these at the Ridgeway location for $99. Was impressed by the apparent sturdiness. If anyone needs a solid flat bench for home I don't think they can go wrong with this.

What price was the 'all in one'?

The gap was huge, and it shook like crazy left to right. I thought it was not tightened at first. But, just the way it is.

I saw the all in one at the Crossiron (Calgary) Costco for 299.97. Only had a couple left when I was there Wednesday.

Anyone know where to.go for free weights?
This is where I've gotten my stuff: https://www.fitnessavenue.ca/

Bought most stuff instore, but also had some stuff shipped and the cost was reasonable.

There are some reports from other users the 200lb free weight dumbbell set is going on clearance too for about $165. If you can find one at your nearest Costco on clearance, it is a good deal if you have nothing yet. (set of 30,25,20,15,10 with rack) Otherwise if buying heavier, then go to fitness avenue, fitness depot, landmark athletics... Price for new is pretty much the same as used on kijiji market. (kijiji used market is very inflated with the odd score here and there)

I believe the All-In-One is under $300 like above poster mentioned. I did not care for it so did not pay attention. (just recalled seeing xxx.97). Not a fan of these. Just stick to the basics and get free weights. More versatile and maintain it's $$ value much better.
