RE: West Coupons, - they are usually up on monday or tuesday - after someone visits Costco and uploads a scanned image.

Looks like the images have exceeed bandwidth limitations. I would recommend hosting with http://allyoucanupload.webshots.com/ . I've been using them lately with good results.

Gatorade looks good

I have to give thumbs down to the sirloin patties, they just don't cook very evenly in a grill like george foreman's. Might be better for bbq but as far as a kitchen grill goes, prepare to drink some blood or have it really crispy on the outside.
