This is a good summary.

What do you suggest for daily office wear?

Also what about Armani Code?

Here:

Most Verstalie Scents (also crowd pleasers) I like for any occasion (date/business/nightout/Casual ), in order from most liked: Aventus, The One EDP, Bleu de Chanel (EDP or EDT depending on weather), Uomo intense, Sauvage, Dylan blue, Aqua di Gio purfumo

Best for Date/or to seduce ladies: The One EDP or la nuit ( I prefer the one edp more), Aventus

Gym/summer/fresh scent in order of most preferred by me: Invictus Aqua, Versace Pour Homme, nautica voyage ( really cheap but better than 100$ cologne), Allure Edition Blanche, Sauvage.

If god came and said I could only have 3 bottles, I will keep The one EDP, Bleu de Chanel EDT and Aventus.

See colognes are different on different people and also colognes provoke different moods in different people. The whole point, what I believe is, cologne is nothing but an enhancement of your attitude/attire/mood for any particular occasion. Example: the specific cologne that enhances me specific occasion may do the opposite to you.
I personally don't like the smell of Aventus, but only wear it as it's different and others seems to like it ( men like it more then ladies)
I dig the One EDP, like this cologne is divine, I feel like I'm in heaven when I wear this.

If you were to rank the men's perfume from rarest (Creed Aventus) to average available. What would it be ?

Aventus, YSL, Uomo intense, Hermes, Chanel's, John Varvatos, Dylan Blue, Armani code, spicebomb, the one, VPH, Issay, CK2, Azzaro chrome.
I have a feeling the first 5 are just equally as rare.

There's the same amount of aventus then bleu the chanel let's say

I would say Cartier is the second rarest after Creed. Also to note, in terms of price, Cartier is the second most expensive one for mens. I've only seen 2 Cartiers and many more (4-6 I would estimate) of each of the following YSL, Uomo, Hermes, Chanel for men.

But this list is fairly accurate overall.

Checked Downtown Vancouver Costco. Apparently one guy went through the entire stack yesterday and bought all 6-7 of them.
Still quite a few YSL, Dylan Blue, Uomo Intense.

A lot in Bridge Costco. IMO, acqua di gio 59.99+TAX just normal price.

I don't know why so many people rate this has their best perfume for compliments.
I tried EDT and hated it. maybe it's different then EDP.

also maybe I'm just weird. ;)
to each their own
