For all those who forgot Valentine's Day was yesterday and are in the dog house, Costco has their dozen Long Stem Rose's reduced to $9.97

Keep in mind this is basically just "regular price" considering they're regularly $20 for 2 dozen - they just make them smaller for V-Day and charged the same price.
Tons of things for sale!

Well, they were oos yesterday at Ottawa's Merivale location so this is undoubtedly dependant on the store having stock.

According to the other costco thread, these are the same ones priced at $20.99 yesterday (12 not 24)

Costco can use them for their burial for all I care . Charging same price for 12 instead of the usual 24 is pretty low on their part .

To be fair, wholesalers charge double at Valentines Day.

Suppliers typically markup the products to be sold by a store. Unfortunately that's the thing with vday. The cost price is much higher than usual and it gets passed on to the customer usually

They're still cheaper than anywhere else. If it's too cheap then someone will buy everything and resell
Anywhere that doesn't double the price on Vday is probably charging a ridiculous amount regularly.

Lol if I were the return clerk, I'd say 'well played' and immediately do the adjustment
