Is it that big of a difference whether it stirs (actifry) or not?

Searched for this at Costco, today. Told it is only available in Quebec and Ottawa, not southern Ontario...had to buy the one from best buy.....

Maybe for foods like fish fillets, stirring might not be good.

Visiting Costco on the weekend is like going into battle. Might go anyway to pickup some wings to air fry.

Got this for my parents from BB US during BF sale, $50 USD. They've been using it regularly and seem quite satisfied with it.

this one is only 1500 watts compared to the Insignia which is 1700 watts.

This one has the rack so you can cook two layers which is nice

Insignia has a 5L square rack witch I feel would be more convenient to use

Let us know when you have done your comparion

Used for a week. It's OK for me, except cleaning. Nowhere mentioned it's dish washer safe. So I have to clean it by hand.

So what’s better, this or the $99 ($149 reg) Actifry at walmart?

I have 2 Actifrys that now live in the basement. :-) The paddle just mashes up food and takes coatings off.
On the other hand, XL air fryer from Costco gets used at least twice per week.
My vote is for the Gourmia.

Used it over the weekend. First time owning an air fryer. It worked wonders for the party platter apps I got at Costco. Haven't done much more with it yet. When I used it I couldn't help but think that it's just an evolution of the toaster oven. It definitely cooks better than any toaster oven I've ever had. Insignia one hasn't come in yet.

According to 1 Amazon review, there is no on/off button or switch? Can you confirm if this is true or not?
Surprisingly this is the case. You either have to commit to the entire set time, or open it up partway then unplug. Either this or it really isn't obvious how you have at all on how you're supposed to power it down mid-use. Either way, bad design.

how does this compare to the t-fal walmart one for $70?
So we used our tfal one last night and it seems great so far.
Two notes though. TFal one is not digital like this one is. TFal is only in C which drives me nuts!! I realize we are in canada but most recipes are in F.
