Costco - Magna Cart - Folding Dolly 150lbs capacity, $20.99 Sale ends?
Costco - Magna Cart - Folding Dolly, Collapsible Hand Truck for $20.99
Picked this up today discounted down from $25.99 to $20.99 plus taxes ($5.00 automatic coupon deduction at the register). Sorry, don't know when the sale ends.
The fact that it folds and can handle 150lbs is pretty good. 4 other people were putting these in their carts in the 5 mins that I was in the aisle.

It sells for $39.99 at Zellers and as high as $49.99 in the U.S. Fatwallet posts claim that Costco in the States had it discounted with a coupon for $21.99 U.S. Costco.ca does not show the item.

It's not a dolly, it's just a hand-trunk.

I think they are just trying to show that the handle extends.
I picked this up at lunch in brampton, tons left. It didn't really feel that sturdy to me the way the upright stand flexes when you step on the bottom and push the handle back a little bit. However, I'm not a good judge of how sturdy things are so maybe its just designed that way and it won't be a problem for the 150lbs its rated to handle.
The only other thing I wish was that the handle protruted out the back a little bit so if you are carrying something tall and flat, like a bookcase or something, it would be easier to hold the handle.
I might strap a big box to it and use it to carry my groceries from the parking garage up to the condo.Last edited by slowtyper; Oct 20th, 2009 at 01:14 PM.

This is a deal, BUT please don't buy one of these unless you need to keep it in your trunk or have limited storage space at home.
A normal steel dolly will handle 500lbs with ease and can be used for heavy items like furniture, sand/salt/concrete bags, etc. And yes, it is possible to lift 500lbs onto a dolly yourself, provided your not a shrimp.
This thing is for much lighter duty jobs (carrying a box of groceries to your apartment, large parcels, recycling to the curb, etc).Last edited by ShaTR; Oct 20th, 2009 at 09:39 PM.
