That's too bad.
I had a bad experience with an electric Toro 1800 Power Curve which I bought from Lowe's. Good we got the 3rd year warranty since it was dead on arrival but we never noticed until January of this year, our first attempt to use it.
I'll go for the dual stage gasoline powered blower since I have wasted lots of time already. Wished it could also cut grass during the spring/summer.

What are the 2 'rulers' sticking up in the air for?
My older snow blower doesn't have that.

I think it was 799, however it was gone by the next time we went in.
