How is the speed?
Are they good enough for Samsung Note10+?
Thinking of getting the 256GB one...

They are slow. Will not be adequate for 4K recording. But if you’re not using it for that and just music it’s fine.

Personally, I only buy Extremes now. I found that for simple things like backing up the micro SD card on to my computer, the Ultra was much slower than the Extreme. They're still decent cards. But personally, I don't bother anymore. The 128GB Extreme on Amazon is $35 right now. It won't be the same price as the Ultra, but with a sale could get close.

Look into this:

https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07S5T7YR5/ref ... sEbPETQ8FY

I use it on my S10 and it has no problem recording 4k60

Pretty fast storage for $38. Not recommended for dash cams though.

Same here, Ultra is always so slow that they don't even post their write speeds. Unless you absolutely won't benefit from high write speed then get the Extreme.

I've been waiting for the price to go down for this card since last year... thought it went back down when you mentioned $38.... it still shows up as $42...

I bought the 128GB for $19.99 and was pleasantly surprised it was writing around 40 to 50Mbs...

I have the 128 gb pretty fast above 2 megs a sec n the small random 4k32 and typical expected usb 3.0 large file speeds of the others. I found the hc1 32gb even faster closer to 3 but read somewhere that 256 have longer rated life at 10000hrs. The bad part. The SP 32gb hc1 was finicky for some devices. works on say an rpi 4 but on a a few months old released s905x3 a55 soc it won't recognize but possibly down to firmware of device. The 128 sp xc1 was recognized so its just a little weird. Sometimes acts up on the firehd like its not mounted and then have to reboot or reinsert to recognise. I put it down to new flash 3d nand tech possibly not playing well with legacy tech.

But just so people know this. Many sbc devices(tvboxes etc) don't use full usb 3 style speeds on micro usb port. Even the rpi 4 and amlogic s922/s905x3 etc only hit around +40Mb/s max speed on micro usb port. Now I have a rk soc that hit s 70-80 on its micro usb. So sometimes you can't blame the card.

When I posted it, it was $37.99. Sucks you missed it.

When i was doing transfers from my internal storage to this, i was able to achieve up to 60+ MB/s transferring large files (3 gb+). Bang for the buck at $37.99.

The A1 versions of the Ultra cards are much better than the non-A1, in my experience. Definitely worth going for the A1 cards.
