Description from Coscto Website:

Crafted in an ultra luxurious Eurotop construction, available in a choice of plush or firm comfort, the Rinehart mattress set has combined Sealy®’s high quality fibres, cushion firm Stay True™ and convolute foams for optimum comfort. Sealy® Posturepedic®’s patented Posture Tech™ coil is designed to provide orthopedically correct support night after night. Sealy® Posturepedic® features pressure knock-out zones that virtually eliminate pressure points that cause tossing and turning. Sealy®’s Unicased II edge support features a solid foam encasement system with a channelled base, which surrounds the perimeter of the mattress extending the sleep surface by up to ten percent and also helps to absorb shock preserving the comfort life of the mattress. Sealy®’s pressure relief system with Space Tech™ memory foam has been developed to disperse pressure in areas where weight is concentrated, so that pressure points that inhibit blood circulation are minimized and ‘tossing and turning’ is reduced.

Read the reviews online.
This memory foam mattress starts loosing its shape very fast ( i have done research on this one as well and decided to go with a regular spring mattress). It only has 3 inches of memory foam and that's why it's so cheap comparing to Tempurpedic (sp?)...

Does it make sense to get a new box spring when replacing a mattress?

If you're fat I wouldn't consider buying this as you would probably end up destroying it fairly quick

Coil mattresses = ugh.

Accumulate way too much dust/dust mites, and double in weight as a result in 5-7 years.

I'd find a decently priced memory foam one with a 4" layer of memory foam on top, and put a nice allergen barrier on it.

Is this deal dead? It said for orders until May 16th, but the link is dead now.

To answer the pillow top vs non, get NON pillow top. Pillow tops are bad for your back, especially when they compress as always happens, it's worse with thicker ones. They pack down in the middle, like a sag.

We are getting a replacement mattress, we got a memory foam topper from costco (cheaper in store than they are online). It has made our bad mattress bearable, I can't wait to use it on our new spring one (firm).

I think our next mattress will be a memory foam one, likely from Costco, but the more expensive one they have, not the cheap one.
