I just went to Wal-mart and season 2 of TOS on BRDVD was 87.83.

I'm guessing they are trying to recover the losses from season 1 as they sold it for 59.99.

Looks like Costco is the best price.

In any case it would be a monumentally greater challenge then TOS was. So really, biggest issue is the question of how much time and money paramount wants to invest.

I just saw the next gen movies (all 4 plus some bonus disk) at Costco St. Catharines for $57.99

Not much of a price difference after PMing at BB really.. i lucked out and the cashier didn't bother calculating and gave it to me at $55.99

Haven't opened it yet either but i would expect the PQ to be on par and probably even better than TOS movies.
