Got 4 16's for my wifes Suzuki delivered today. One out of the 4 bent... Buyer beware as per earlier posts, inspect soon after recieving so you dont get hooped at time of install wasting your day waiting only to find out you have to return to order a new one.

Did you refuse the delivery once you found one of them was DOA?
Or you brought it to Costco tire centre for an exchange?

Boxes looked in great shape, so thought all was well and didnt think to open while delivery guy was here. Will return the one tomorrow, have since reordered one more.

Was thinking or ordering 4 16", but then saw that Simply Tire has some good prices in the past for winter tire packages.

Agreed, look elsewhere for comparable prices, canadian tire was selling a steel rim for 10 dollars more a corner. Should have just gone that route to save the time and hassle, who knows what shape the single i ordered to replace will come in.

For mine, CT has comparable ones for slightly less.

As we get closer to winter, do the prices online go up? I'm looking at $174.68 delivered for 4 16's for my Santa Fe.

Sorry for the noob question, Where should I buy the tires, after I receive my rims? And where do I go to put it together for me?

You can find tires in many places, Canadian Tire, Walmart, even at Costco (in store and online): link For costco.ca, you order online, and you pick them up in store (or you take an appointment by to have them installed in their garage).

Here are few online sellers:
- From US: http://www.tirerack.com, http://www.discounttiredirect.com, are 2 big sites; google for more. Also search on this forum for discounts and mail in rebates, there are some popular threads on discounttiredirect.com, for example
You ship them to a border shop and you drive there to have them installed. Most US websites ship to Canada as well, but most probably you will get nailed with high shipping, taxes, and customs (depending which country is the tire made)

- From Canada:
http://www.talontire.com
http://www.pneustouchette.ca
http://www.tires-easy.ca
http://www.perfecttire.com
http://www.1010tires.com/
http://www.unipneu.coml
http://www.okpneusmede.com/?lang=en Vaudreuil
http://www.oktire.com/home/
http://www.Walltowalltires.com

The Costco advantage is that the Road Hazard warranty is included in the price (details here) Most other sellers charge extra for this.
