I have this TV, paid 1699+tax (reg 1899)online a year ago on Costco.ca delivered. Love the TV. No complaints. HDR content color is so real!

I also paid the 99.99 to make it a total of 5 Year warranty!

Lol at M series better than x90e. I imagine you didn't see them side by side.

Faire enough... Don't know that model but the x900e is amazing. I just got it a couple of weeks ago and was debating getting the M series but I got a great deal in opened box.

Its pretty sad when they advertise HDR that's not fully HDR compatible.

for this price range, it’s not a bad option. We need to compare specs vs price.

Thats really the problem with m or it would have been the best deal. Lack of tv turner, 1 hdmi 2.0 port (except 75” but cost for that is actually similar to mu8000/x850e instead of entry levels), and poor upscaling really makes it hard to recommend unless all of those things arent important. Hdmi being the most likely killer since its the arc port and not everyone wants to upgrade soundbar/receiver plus most tv have bad builtin speakers so a lot of people already have soundbar/receivers.

Sadly they are advertising correctly, at least by their standards.

Compatible = the TV can accept an HDR signal input, but the 8-bit panel cannot display it in HDR.
Capable = the TV can accept an HDR signal and the 10-bit or 12-bitpanel can display it in HDR.

It's marketing BS with play on a single similar sounding word which preys on the ill informed.
