I have not opened the M 2018 that I got for 700$, ina dilimma now. This one has QLED. 120 Hz native refresh, 90 zones vs 40 zones. Is it worth the extra 350$??
Stay strong, situation always looks harder and that it will never end when you are in the middle of it, but remember past experiences, everything has an ending.

Actually really good prices if you collect Aeroplan miles as there is a 5x promo right now.

At a $0.025 per mile valuation, you'll get around $215 worth of miles on the P series if you buy the extended warranty plus $33 towards your account if you're an executive member.

On the M series it's about $135 plus $22 when also purchasing warranty.

Solid deals when you factor that in.

NOTE, my numbers are approximate :)

This or its P equivalent for 1500+?

I missed out on the 799 65" deal a few days ago. Plus, ordering from Costco online is cheaper for me than renting a truck to transport the TV.

I'm really debating pulling the trigger on this tv for general movie watching and to connect my Nvidia shield to it to stream games.

If I end up winning my internal debate, I'll be hooking it up to my Shield too, so couldn't care less about its smartness, lol.

Ordered! I was considering the TCL 6 Series, I'm unsure if this is better or not but now I have 90 days to decide. Any opinions on M658-G1 vs 65R617 given they're about the same price point would be appreciated.

"The M-Series Quantum is good enough that it unseats our previous favorite in this price range, the TCL 6-Series Roku TV. While the TCL's Roku platform and overall performance are both excellent, the Vizio M-Series Quantum 65-inch (M658-G1) edges it out with the vibrant quantum-dot display and ever-improving smart-TV functionality."

TCL had only 40 inch and 50 inch TV's on sale yesterday, not sure what their price for a 60 or 65 inch would be compared to this deal..

Although they state its a 120Hz panel, it actually is not and its just a 60Hz.

From CNET review:

The M-Series has a 60Hz refresh rate panel -- Vizio's claim of "120Hz effective" is fake news.

I'd go with the TCL 6 series if it was sold at Costco...but I'm not taking a chance with the TCL panel lottery with Best Buy.

Nice. Am still on the fence. My current TV is a Samsung UN32J5003 (32" Full HD). I've been itching to get a 65"/4K and this deal is certainly tempting.

Yeah, me too. I wanted to see how it compares to other tvs on rtings.com but they haven't reviewed it yet.

Anyone else keen on a Vizio Black Friday blowout... we're going to enter 2020 with a bang.
I aim to be inclusive and considerate of others in my posts. If I fall short of that mark, feel free to let me know in good faith, and where appropriate, I'll edit my posts. Thank you.
