If you found these as a 2 pack for $49.97, that is a blazing awesome deal. They normally sell for $40 each on sale.
I have two of these in our house and would buy this in a heartbeat if I can find it in the Vancouver area.

What am I missing that this costco one does that this one doesn't? https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B079T5BFNX
Nothing but it's about the ecosystem. Wemo is well regarded and has good support from all accounts.

I'm a fan of TP Link but, if I can, I'll add these to my mix.

I know it's a dumb question, but obviously I'm not an expert on these stuff, what's the difference between two way and three way switches?

Three-way switches allow you to turn on and off lights in two locations. You probably have three-way switches on your stairs?
