I bought the previous version from Costco and it's been great (had it for 4 years). The price is excellent and the tool kit accessories are great. The only thing this pkg was missing is a muffler for the exhaust. I called Hoover and they sent me one for free

We bought and installed one last year. its work great. the motor noise is outside the house not sure if this year model have the toekick vacuum included. (thats one feature we like on our vacuum, just kick the toekick on then sweep the dirt in there LOL)
